Frequently asked.

Common questions about Dealer24. Can't find what you're looking for? Email support@dealer24.ai.

What is Dealer24?

Dealer24 is a price-intelligence subscription for the wholesale watch market. We aggregate, structure, and surface listings from a network of professional wholesale dealers — the trade-only side of the market that sets the prices retail eventually catches up to.

You search for a reference, see the median across active listings, the range, the price history, and the active supply. You can watchlist a reference and get an email when its price moves below a threshold you set.

Where does the data come from?

From a network of professional wholesale watch dealers, who've granted us approval to ingest and structure their listings into market data. We don't scrape consumer marketplaces, and we don't source from the public web. The product exists because we have access no public scraper does.

Market data never exposes source channels, dealer names, or contact details. On eligible listings, verified members can send a controlled inquiry; Dealer24 relays it privately without revealing either party's number in the product.

What's the difference vs Chrono24, WatchCharts, etc.?

Those track retail listings — the prices end consumers pay. Dealer24 tracks wholesale, which moves first and typically prices significantly below retail. The two datasets describe different markets. If you're comparing your dealer quote to retail prices on Chrono24, you're comparing the wrong thing.

Can I see actual sold prices?

No. Sales close in private conversations between dealers and aren't observable from the outside. Every statistic you see on Dealer24 — median, min, max, percentile — is calculated from active asking prices, not sold transactions.

We're transparent about this because it matters. The “recent sold prices” you sometimes see on retail sites are estimates, not transaction data. We don't pretend to have something we can't measure.

Who do I buy from?

You buy directly from Dealer24. We separately confirm and purchase the watch from our source dealer, receive and authenticate it, and ship it insured to you. Buyer and dealer identities are never exchanged.

What does it cost?

$99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. One plan includes the Rolex market, model and reference history, watchlist activity, and direct Dealer24 purchasing on eligible listings.

There is no free trial. Access begins after checkout and continues until the end of the paid billing period if you cancel.

How fresh is the data?

New listings, price drops, and listing status changes are reflected within minutes of appearing in the source feeds. Reference pages and the market feed update continuously throughout the day.

How accurate is the parser?

Every parse carries a confidence score and must resolve to the canonical Rolex catalog before it can appear in the market. The hardest cases are typically:

  • Unusual abbreviations or typos in the source message
  • Listings without a clear reference number
  • Photos without accompanying text

A conditional vision layer reads selected photos when they can resolve missing details. Low-confidence, cross-brand, and unknown reference results remain quarantined for review.

Verify any listing independently before transacting. Dealer24 is an analytics tool, not an authentication service. The source data is unstructured dealer chatter and the dataset is best-effort by design.

How do I cancel?

Account → “Manage subscription” opens the Stripe portal. Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period — you keep access through what you've already paid for. No proration. No fee.

Can I export my data?

Email support@dealer24.ai with your account email and we'll send a CSV/JSON export of your watchlists, alert history, and account settings within 48 hours. A self-serve export is on the roadmap.

We don't offer programmatic bulk export of the price history dataset itself — that's the product, not your data.

Is there an API?

Not yet. A read-only API for reference search, observations, and watchlist management is on the post-launch roadmap. If you have a specific integration in mind, email support@dealer24.ai and we'll prioritize accordingly.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@dealer24.ai with:

  • What you were doing (URL + click sequence)
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened (screenshot helps)
  • Browser + device

We acknowledge within 24 hours on business days, even if the fix takes longer.

I'm a dealer and want my listings removed.
